SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Domestic orders are FREE for purchases over $100. Orders under $100 incur a standard shipping fee of $8.40 per parcel.
Deliveries are sent via Australia Post, during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery within Australian metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 3 business days. For regional areas, delivery may take up to 5 business days.
Studio MüCKE is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Please provide a delivery address that is secure, for example your place of employment.
International orders are shipped via Australia Post and are charged a standard flat rate of AUD $25.

International deliveries usually take between 3-10 working days.
Studio MüCKE recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment.
International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You are entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days of your purchase, if the product was not as specified. However, as the majority of our products are handmade from recycled materials, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. Please note that minor blemishes, stitching irregularities and the like are characteristic of recycled goods, we think it makes them even more appealing and therefore will not warrant a refund or exchange.
Orders made through our 'Custom Made' section will not be eligible for return.
However, if you still feel you are eligible to return or exchange your order please contact us immediately via email: email@example.com to confirm whether your claim can be accommodated. We love happy customers!
If your claim is approved, please return your item/s via post within 7 days of the date your received your purchased goods.
Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL condition or they will not be eligible for return or exchange.
All packaging must be also be returned. Garments must have swing tags attached.
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for return.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.
